Sometimes you just need someone who knows HubSpot inside and out to help you figure something out. Maybe you're stuck on a technical issue, trying to build a specific report, dealing with spam form submissions, or just need clarity on the best way to set something up.

That's what this is for, a focused 90-minute session where we hop on a screen share and work through whatever you need. No long-term commitment, just direct help when you need it.

What we can cover:

  • Technical how-to questions - "How do I build this workflow?" "How do I set up this integration?" "Why isn't this automation working?"
  • Strategy and approach - "What's the best way to structure this?" "Should I use lists or workflows for this?" "How should I organize my data?"
  • Troubleshooting - "Why is this broken?" "How do I stop spam submissions?" "Where is this data coming from?"
  • Reports and dashboards - "How do I build this report?" "What metrics should I be tracking?" "Can HubSpot show me this data?"
  • Optimization - "How can I improve this?" "What am I missing?" "Is there a better way to do this?"

How it works:

  1. Fill out the form and schedule a time that works for you
  2. Send me your questions and any relevant account access ahead of time (this helps us maximize the call, but it's not required)
  3. We hop on a 90-minute screen share and work through everything together
  4. After the call, I'll send you a recap email with any additional resources or answers I need to look up for you

Who this is for:

This works best if you just need some one-off clarity, direction, or help with specific needle-in-the-haystack questions, but don't need an ongoing consulting relationship. If you're looking for more comprehensive help, check out my audit service or retainer options.

Cost: $250 for 90 minutes
