Most HubSpot accounts I audit have cluttered data, broken automation, or missed opportunities sitting right under the surface. If your marketing feels messy, your reports are confusing, or your automation isn't doing much automating, it's time for a HubSpot Audit.

I'll review your actual HubSpot setup and create an actionable game plan to get things working correctly. You'll get specific recommendations with examples pulled directly from your account, plus a clear path forward you can follow on your own (or with my help, if you want it).

Every audit includes:

CRM & Data Structure

Review of your contact and company records, properties, and data organization. I'll identify duplicates, outdated fields, and structural issues, then recommend how to clean it up.

Marketing Tools & Automation

Deep dive into your emails, forms, landing pages, and workflows. I'll identify what's working, what's broken, and what's missing, plus give you suggestions for better lead nurturing, segmentation, and engagement.

Reporting & Attribution

Audit of your dashboards, reports, and attribution setup. Are you tracking the right metrics? Are they helping you make actual decisions? I'll align your reporting with your business goals.

Website & CMS (if applicable)

If you're using HubSpot CMS, I'll assess your site setup, templates, modules, and check for optimization opportunities, SEO best practices, and performance issues.

Integrations & Tech Stack

Review of your connected tools (Salesforce, Zapier, etc.) to make sure data is flowing correctly and you're not creating more problems than you're solving.

Sales Hub (if applicable)

If you have Sales Hub, I'll review your deal stages, pipeline setup, sales automation, and how marketing and sales are (or aren't) working together.

How it works:

  1. Fill out the form and I'll send an invoice and request access to your HubSpot account
  2. I spend about two weeks reviewing your setup in detail
  3. You receive a comprehensive game plan with specific recommendations, examples from your account (with links), and prioritized action items
  4. We schedule a call to walk through everything together, answer questions, and clarify next steps
  5. You get ongoing access to me as you work through the plan (via email)

Along the way, if I spot small, quick fixes I can handle immediately, I'll take care of them.

Investment: $1,500

After the audit, many clients ask me to help execute the plan. That's an option if you want it, but not required. The audit is designed so you can follow it yourself if you prefer.
